Our team of Multi Skilled Maintenance Operatives (MO's) are at your disposal.
What we offer with our pricing is quite unique. Many maintenance jobs can be completed in an hour or two, and yet we’ve seen some companies charge hundreds of pounds for these jobs! So we decided to simplify it..
For all jobs within 15 miles of the RH15 Postcode* we offer the following
Per single Multi Skilled Operative (MO), per hour's labour = £40!
That’s the basic. This is our minimum charge for any job, and is based upon the issue being already identified by our client.
So to put that in perspective, if you need us to hang a door? 2 MO's. 1 hour. £80! (Price will vary for Fire Doors or Front/Rear doors)
To furnish the door? 1 MO, 1 hour. £40!
Replace a syphon on a toilet? Only going to take an hour? £40!
You get the idea!
For these jobs within the 15 mile radius* we offer a half day rate of £150 per MO, or a full day at £300 per MO. Price work is also available
For any jobs within 30 miles of the RH15 postcode, the price for these increases to £55 p/h (Minimum charge 2 hours). Half a day’s labour for these is £200, or a full day at £380. Price work is also available.
Anything beyond 30 miles has a flat rate of £225 for half a day or £425 for a full day. Price work is also available
Investigations
For jobs which require investigation to ascertain the source of an issue (loss of essential services, water ingress and so on) we have again kept the pricing structure clear and concise.
For one of our Multi Skilled Maintenance Operatives to investigate the issue we charge £150 + VAT. This includes the attendance and the first hour's work (whether it is investigating or repairing, dependent on the issue). From then on our normal hourly rate applies.
If the job cannot be completed by our operative on site within the hour's time frame, we will provide a comprehensive report on the issue with attached costs to rectify and reattend as soon as the costs are agreed!

Renovations/Projects
Price work is also available for larger jobs.
For quotations which we estimate to be over £600 by our clients description, we do charge a nominal fee of £35 for the site visit and written quotation. If our quote is accepted, this charge will be deducted from the job price. So in effect, it’s a refundable deposit!
